Loveland is a great place to live!
Loveland is located just north of Denver, Colorado about 29 miles from downtown. It’s the perfect location for those who work in Denver, but want a small town feel without giving up any of the big city amenities. This makes it an awesome community for commuters. It doesn’t take long to get to work, or to any of the major roads that provide easy access to all of the best places Denver has to offer.
Loveland is also one of the last communities on I-25 before you hit the larger cities along the Front Range. This makes it a great area for those who want some space but still want quick and convenient access to the metro area.
Loveland is the perfect size city. It has enough people to have all of the amenities you could want, but it’s small enough that you can easily get around town with out having to deal with a lot of traffic.
Loveland Colorado is located near Berthoud Falls and Horsetooth Mountain Open Space in the Loveland Ski Area. The Little Thompson River runs through the center of the city, and it has several parks where residents can go for biking, walking or just to sit outside with their families during the summer months.
